HOW TO REGISTER & GET APPROVED TO BID

2. Request Approval for the Auction
Once your account is created, use your account information to request approval to participate in this auction.

3. Submit Proof of Funds
Email acceptable proof of funds to Alex@AuctionByPearce.com.

Acceptable documentation may include:

• Bank statement
• Brokerage or investment account statement
• Preapproval letter from a lender
• Other documentation demonstrating sufficient funds or financing

4. Submit Broker Participation Form, If Applicable
Buyers working with a real estate broker should submit a completed Broker Participation Form to Alex@VoyageAuctions.com in accordance with the auction terms.

5. Bidding Approval
Once you have requested approval to participate in the auction and the required documentation has been received and reviewed, your account will be approved for bidding.

Bid Increments: $25,000

You may place bids in either of the following ways:

Place the next available bid in $25,000 increments as bidding progresses.

Max Bid
Enter the maximum amount you are willing to bid. The bidding system will automatically bid on your behalf, using the established bid increments, up to your maximum amount as competing bids are received.

10% AUCTION PREMIUM

A 10% Auction Premium will be added to the final bid price to determine the Gross Sales Price.
